and much more, but where will it get it from?, no revenues, company
spent money this fall buying shares it's officers etc. sold by
exercising options. company leases 500 square foot office that it
shares with at least 3 other companies. reverse merger in 2003. cfo
spends 75% of time working for company, rest of time for 10 other
companies??? only a few employees. own 100% of sundance property
after newmont mining backed out in 2010.
