Ditch - again the chart you show below relates to Utilities (not
Transports). Transports have been leading and actually made new
highs yesterday while the Industrials did not. Please look at
your chart below.

Dow Theory say's trans,uts and dow must all move up or down together.
Transports have not made new highs while the others have.

Thanks Steve, Transports may be lagging because of fuel cost. Oil turned back up yesterday or Monday depending on which index you look out.
