The NY Fed is active in the POMO, latest round was Monday the
18th, future schedule is Today, Friday the 22nd, next week Tuesday
the 26th and Thursday the 28th and in Nov on the 1st, 4th and
8th.
Seems like each time the 13/34 EMA's come close to crossing or
cross slightly, the next day's a big rally...probably PPT.
Very frustrating, but the 60-MIN 13/34 is still a good tool.
