out his sell signal this morning. Got out first himself, then
for clients, then goes on CNBC..But no fraud there!...Like Meredith
Whitney a great contrary indicator.

He was on CNBC earlier. They are straight lines, but
formed a nice bull flag with $12 on the 1 minute chart and just
broke out from that. I hear ya on the "sell the rips.."

It's only illegal if he sold in his personal accounts first.
He probably sold in his managed accounts first thing, then his personal accounts, then put it in his newsletter, then went on CNBC.
He should have a disclaimer on his newsletter that addresses that order, similar to Cramer's disclosure on CNBC.
