I
use Scottrade for my IRA acct's also. I believe you cannot BUY a
Canadian stock, unless they put the order in for you. I think you
can place a sell order in after that if you want to, for whatever
Canadian stock you own in your acct. There will be a conversion of
some sort from American dollars, to Canadian. They do it for you.
You only have to call your local branch and they will explain it to
you.

I cannot get it either with Penson However my broker can place an order for me - then you need to use something for your charts.
