I own a little COTY too...i've owned it for 1-2 mos...

COTY  looks interesting...saw huge insider buying in May 7.77 m shs by 6 insiders at avg px of 11.90...and  JAB tendered $11.65 150 mil shs or 20% of OS...now owns 60% of company...thses guys are executives with a lot of consumer industry experience ...stk acts better tday....love to hear some technical commentary...thx

TVTY insider buying from Finviz

TVTY  starting to see some insider buying. Note shares dropped ~60% since Dec when they announced plans to acquire NTRI. Tend to think even if that acquisition was bad, it's trading -60% , so it discounts some of that bad news. 8 analysts have published target prices and ratings (source: Factset) . Ratings: 7 Buys, 1 Hold, average target price = $32.86 (+91.4%), lowest target price $28 (+63.1%), highest target price $40 (+133%).Forgot to mention that short interest as % of float has gone from  9.33% to 23.85% (+155%) since the beginning of the year,  thinkk that's Let me know if you have any technical thoughts.
