I was... NY Mercantile Exchange for 15 years. Was a HELL of a lot easier before electronic trading. 

I just rejoined this week, so forgive me if I missed an earlier newsletter where this was covered. That being said, I didn't rejoin and pay for a membership to be scolded like a child for asking a legitimate question in a forum. 

This is a clear symmetry break. Does this alter the longer term view of the market heading lower?

Steve, in last night's letter you emphasized how you like the Kiss on the 120 min chart. I do as well. Does this apply to QQQ and other instruments as well or is your opinion SPY specific? I can't develop my own opinion effectively until I have the charts available in TS to look at myself.

Matt, you have a guideline on the KISS to use the first DVT when there are only 2... this is clear. Is this SPY specific or does this rule apply across the board?
