"option" can't possibly be the right word here either, I think
it could sometimes be clearer when a call is being made that an
outcome is more likely than another outcome vs just talking about
what "could" happen

Thanks Steve, Fort Lauderdale has a quirky weather system that
pushes the bad weather west and north. It poured here on
Monday and yesterday a tornado briefly touched down in Davie but
the east coast of Florida was mostly unscathed. Hearing from
friends the west coast is getting blasted though. The worst
of it should be over by tonight.

The ratio comes from the 42 macro guy, pointing downward almost
always means risk off, I noticed a divergence before every sizable
(5%ish+) move. Maybe VXV doesn't have time to diverge because
of the longer time frame?
