Good morning everyone, just an early heads up, I'm seeing possible triggers for the bear long sub system for both SPY and ES.  Again, it's early the day and it's the close that matters. If the SPY version triggers we'll be doing the ETF and options. However, regarding options realize that call options are very expensive now with the elevated VIX. For ES we'll simple do the MES micro contract ($5 per point), of course one could also just track with buying SPX ETF's after hrs.
