Quick Notes: A big gap up today for the market, with most of the indexes and sectors closing up, save for the IWM Russell 2000. The Nasdaq had negative breadth with more decliners vs advancers. Remember - this more is being led by fewer and fewer stocks, for example for the Nasdaq 100 QQQ, a total of 8 stocks control over 52%. Some sectors like XLK as little as 2 stocks control over 40%. There's a lot of mid and small cap stocks not participating
Note: Several previous ideas on watchlist remain valid but simply have not yet triggered so continue to re-examine each night. Consider making a fresh top 10-12 setups each night and put on front page along with existing trades. My advice is to keep your total ideas to a manageable number. Lastly, it's best to wait at times for valid setups to form - sometimes less is more
