Regarding the SPY systems, as you know we still have an open long trade from the Breakout sub system from early last week, both SPY ETF and the Sept17th 418 call option. The system is not closing out the trade it will not be closing out anytime soon. However I've decided to go ahead and manually close the option trade. The SPY option was purchased at $17.80 last week and is currently trading close to $23 so we are locking in nice gain. The SPY ETF portion currently has a stop at break even per the system. You of course may decide to keep the option or options and simple exit per the system. If you have one more 1 call option, one viable option would be to close 1/2 of them to lock in some gains and keep the other half.
