IBD finally called a follow-through day due to the volume surge today. 

Bummer I got stopped out of CLSK yesterday (the STS survived by like $.07). But I still have MARA, MSTR and BITO. 

If you can't find pullbacks to buy, buy breakouts instead. There have been plenty of those lately. Some examples - CAKE (Monday), ERJ (yesterday), CLS (today). And some strong stocks that I have been swinging in and out around my core position on pullbacks are AEYE and ALAR. Want a good pullback buy today? How about SIMO? There are plenty of opportunities out there in a bull market. 

HOOD, which tanked after earnings, is making a predictable comeback. GRPN looks like another meme follower. And the apes have always liked PLTR.

Seems like pot stocks might follow meme stocks. Makes sense to me anyway.

Wow, sold the rest of AMC at the open.

AMC following GME, of course. And then there's KOSS too. 

Pretty disappointing day all in all. I looked pre-market and about 90% of my stocks were trading higher. By the close it was something like 30-40%. At least I had the right mindset to be doing some selling rather than any buying. Only bought some later in the day. Also decided to take on a few shorts - WOLF, U, TDOC. 

ACMR filled its gap from a couple of months ago, but pretty strong volume on the downturn. 

I added a second piece of SLV yesterday, but it shows up as a separate position from my other shares. Any idea why that might be?

FYI, SOUN announced earnings after the bell and will likely gap up tomorrow. 

ACB and CGC rebounded pretty strongly after undercutting their short term MA's on big pullbacks. 

Also APP and BLBD on the upside, but also trailing pieces of CDLX and LFMD on the downside 

Already took some profits. This is my trailing piece. But yeah, probably should cash it.

I've got it. Owned it for about a month. 

Nationwide's Jestice sees a real possibility that the Fed will in fact achieve a soft landing, even as the yield curve in U.S. Treasuries remains inverted.

"It's dangerous to say we're in a new paradigm in terms of the economy, but this time it really is different," he said.

OCGN moved up about 10% since my mention early today. 

I'm not Ed, but I'm another swing trader. My style is to take some profits along the way, and set a bracket order on the rest. If there is a healthy pullback, I often add back the piece I sold previously. I don't short positions that I am long in, although I know that can work for some people.
