SPX does also...it's just not available as easily as ES on many platforms. (I think it trades 23.5 hours per day...but I could be off on that). It doesn't really apply well to SPX. It's a 25 point delta right now and was 30 point delta 15 minutes ago.
No it does not it closes at 4 pm EST -currently there is a 20 point difference to SPX and ES just adjust to SPX
I make after hours trades in SPX all the time. On the CBOE website they advertise it as a 24/5 product.
You make after hours trades but the index closes at 4 pm. Just take my levels and adjust the the SPX (simple)
ES is the SPX futures - SPX is a cash index with regular trading hours (that' why they ring the bell)
I rarely trade SPY at all. Only for really small accounts.
I have been trading more in the overnight since I figured out the OANDA trick in Trading View (thanks for that BTW)
Yes I told you about OANDA but Futures have tax benefits as well
The tax benefits are why I stick with SPX and NDX. Same as futures. 60/40 treatment.
