I can change future updates to have a 5% allocation instead  of an 80%. May be more useful. As of late, I keep most of my account in cash (don’t trust the market), which means I have plenty available to true behind systems I have faith in

How great, really, are the system trades?

Hi all! I took a few minutes and put together a chart showing just how powerful the System Option Trades can be. This graph shows what a $10,000 account taking each System Option Trade, since June of last year, with 10%, 25%, or 50% of the account's balance would look like today. Even with just a 10% account allocations, the trades would've produced a 60% total return for your entire account, with your balance around $16,500 after last week's trades. The heaviest allocation, 50%, would've netted your account an  800% return. That said, I'm in no way advocating anyone risk half of their life savings in an option trade. Anyhow- Thank you Matt and Steve for all the work you do! I'm excited to see where these systems take us when applied to other ETFs. 

SAND Push Up - Been in SAND since it broke that long downtrend was broken in early March. Time to trim and trail. Stellar trade idea thanks Matt/Steve! You guys are really killing it.

Anyone have advice for taking profits? I got in on the system trade from last night and am up 10%. I’ve jumped the gun in the past, but I’m really tempted to take profits. Do most of the folks on here hold until the system closes or just close whenever you hit a personal threshold?

Respectfully, I would be cautious with this bet. You're betting against the entire arsenal of the Federal Reserve. Say they start to see hyperinflation, or at least inflation greater than the 3% we are expecting this year, what do you think they'll do? Rates will be raised and asset purchases will be decreased or suspended. That isn't enough? Then they'll change the reserve ratio, forcing banks to hold more capital and therefore reducing the money supply. That isn't enough? They have $7 trillion in assets they can sell directly to the market to pull out liquidity.  I still believe BTC is a good bet, but not because inflation is going to run uncontrollably

QQQ Stalled right at that 78.6% Fib. Incredible how much fib interaction there has been.

What're your thoughts on using strategies like long straddles to profit off large moves? I've opened a few on tickers nearing their trendlines and, whether they broke out or bounced, I've profited thanks to the move.

Just a point of clarification clicking directly on the systems tab brings you to breakpointtrades.com/spy/ which seems to be out of date as it shows the 9/8/2020 QE BTS as still being long this should probably be corrected to reduce confusion. Going Systems>Spy however brings you to the correct and presumably soon to be replaced breakpointtrades.com/current_spy/

Funny, I did the exact same thing. Looks good to me.

The expiration date in the systems spreadsheet reads 8/22/2020. But its no big deal I don't think anyone should be confused.
