the best you could hope for is a cyclical bull market, this
isn't a secular bull market.
Secular bears last about 12 - 18 years or so. Assuming
that 2000 ending a secular bull market, I'd expect this market to
chop around until 2022 - 2015 personally, i.e. have a 1 - 2 year
rallies (cyclical bulls), then 1 - 2 year declines (cyclical
bears)
