I think these major brokerage firms (the 2 that are left)have
been "told" to keep it down for a little bit; that they are drawing
way, way too much attention to their big profits at the taxpayers
expense. Just my "conspiracy" theory.
I think they are in bed together. Like the earlier post
regarding China backing GS and the others. I twirl this
"stuff" around all the time but would bet every penny in my
portfolio that these markets are being manipulated by GS and our
Uncle Sam. Someday, I suspect that someone will leak
it.

Is it me or were earnings estimates for this Q set REALLY
low....most of these companies are missing on revenue, but beating
on earnings....and who sets the estimates??...hmmmm

According to Briefing.com, 74 companies reporting today have
"beaten" their estimates, only 19 missed. Yep, they were
obviously set too low to begin with.
