I would say these funds are primarily for folks in retirement
because you give up some upside in return for monthly call premiums
sold against a portion of the underlying holdings. One ETF you
might want to look into is OVL and OVS. They both sell weekly
put spreads on SPX and have outperformed their underlyings in the
past few years. The one thing to be careful of is in a prolonged
bear market, they may struggle to keep their monthly income
consistent, however, they have been around since 2022 and have
managed to beat SPY and IWM over the last few years. I own a
few of these in my portfolio since I am retired and use some
of this "income" for my monthly living expenses while reinvesting
back into other holdings in my portfolio.

Can you share more on how you structure your retirement income ?
I am also looking for some consistent income to reduce the
stress . Some income from these OVL/OVS/JEPI/GPIQ is helpful. Keep
some for matt's macro ideas and some for these swing trades. happy
to hear you thoughts. I like MLPI from Neos

For dividends, Matt's ET pays around 6.5%. DHT pays 12-13%. Good looking charts both for stock apprciation as well.
And ARLP pays 9.3% currently.
