that's awesome that you caught both!  Those intra day 'ghost' signals generally work out, and honestly there's probably at least as many of those as real end of day trades.  Since these are daily systems, I cannot see those intra day signals that go away after the fact, I can only see them in real time.  Now...I can probably guess when some of those would have occurred on days for example where there's a big doji and price has a big candlewick where a long signal might have been occurring at the bottom of the candle but then goes away after the market recovers intra day and into the close.
