I really don't see how

I really don't see how MSFT and META will bounce on earnings with the capex issue crushing the sector. Prefer to be short before earnings.

Johnny2012 are you back to caution on SOXL again?

    Absolutely. Any upside trades are

Absolutely. Any upside trades are scalps. 61.8 fib on SOXX is 440 so that's over 30 points downside on SOXL.

What about possible 200 day target for this little puppy?

    Has that small demand zone

Has that small demand zone in the upper 490's first, so maybe a bounce there and then down to the 200 day. Sector is worse than not good right now.

Reached very oversold last night with todays bounce OK so far. It was not me om MSFT. Anyone looking at the horrible breadth today is barely positive?

    yeah not looking good, who

yeah not looking good, who knows maybe they pull some rabbit out of their hat, or the stocks were sold off already on investors expecting a high CAPX  and so the reaction won't be as negative because they've already been sold off on this expectation like a sell the rumor, but who knows

long term as I've stated, AI isn't going away, but all this nutso spending reminds me of the overbuild on internet in 1999 and then this had to be worked over over 2.5 years with a big market correction - internet didn't go away but that excess needed to be worked off
