With strong USD since the war and recent crash in Korean market,
International markets seem to lose their momentum vs SPY.
Emerging markets and developed markets overall do not look
impressive.
I think longer term but clearly lately world has been lagging a
bit but EEM is up 16.3% this year, which is is a lot more than the
SPX which is up 8.9%, QQQ up 13.5%, but I've been referencing to
S&P 500. EFA up 9.3% so not much more than SPX.
ACWI up 10.3% this year
Is International Market still going to lead?

remember world markets outperformed last year, continue to slightly do so this year- but it's a process, that ratio is trying to base out
