Hello fibbro and welcome! I'm not sure if you've spoken
with Eric in customer support, many times he'll do a 30 min or hr
long phone call and go over the website and KISS in-depth showing
how to use it, and other parts of the website. If you haven't
spoken with him, write into support and he'll set a time with you -
will help you get a great head start.
otherwise in a nutshell regarding KISS there's two sections:
1. the standard unoptimized daily KISS systems that run across
800 instruments. These are only updated once a day sometime
after the close, and changes to favorites that you selected are
emailed as a tabular format, NO text messages, see attached image
as an example
2. The HP KISS systems are a small sub set of optimized version,
mostly smaller time frames, those update intra day and send text
messages to your phone ONLY, they are not emailed out, only sent
via text

Yes, but the website never showed an update for 5/11. It's not fathomable that there were no changes over the 1000 stocks covered there.

You might try checking you spam folders which you can do by using "label:all support@breakpointtrades.com" in your Gmail search bar.
If you're not able to find it please email support@breakpointtrades.com and we'll figure out what's going on.
