Hey Matt - Last night you noted that the spy  and perhaps on the QQQ chart had started a "resistance cycle. I" also noted that on some of the MES charts a resistance cycle was also initiated over the last couple of trading sessions. Practically speaking what does that resistance cycle mean? Also, what happens when the price action crosses it? What can one expect or how can one expect to use those resistance cycles day to day for trading
