$VVIX:$VIX ratio UPRO 15 min - Chart Linkman
the 15 min version gave a nice long trade right in the morning that
one could have taken and exited later in the day for a nice
trade
yeah it doesn't tell you if it would be a important low or just
a temporary bounce. Plus it can ride below the lower bands
for several bars at times too
