sandiegosam- this is more like a message board, not a chat room room.  There's no ding, the blog does auto refresh, so as long as your browser is open it updates

also, you can click on Matt/Steve channel and it will ONLY show our posts, or if can click on my name and it ONLY shows my name, or Steve's and it only shows his etc

we are generally posting updates here to what we discussed in newsletters, or I give some updates on the trading systems.  this place isn't mean for you really be taking real time trades. Yes once in a while we post some trade ideas here and it ends up going that day but otherwise a lot of posts are updates to newsletters etc 

I realizer BPT has a lot of information - it can be overwhelming at first. That's where you come into play; deciding what you are looking for, what information works for you, focus on that and ignore the other stuff, if you try to absorb everything it's too much

There's the newsletters with market analysis and some trade ideas.  There's the mechanical systems like the KISS systems if you want a 100% mechanical approach where you simply follow a system that tells you went to go long, where to set stops, when to exit

the newsletters give information for folks why can react to that information:  such as the VIXY UVIX I had those in Sunday's and Monday's newsletters. There's other actionable trade ideas - but we don't tell you when to enter, we give the ideas.  There's Matt's Macro Long term plays, there's market index information, there's information on precious metals 

It looks likes you are very new and you only have a KISS membership, which means you are not seeing most of the newsletters. 

Rik Kwan from customer support is a good person to reach out to you, he's a great help. I'll let him know to contact you.  I assume you setup your KISS favorites already, entered your phone number?

and, if you want  access to our newsletters and market information, you may want to add a standard BPT membership as well, as I also discuss things like Matt's Macro there , even KISS systems from time to time. 

again you are new, been here for about a week, it's gonna take a bit of time for you to get acclimated to things, that's just normal 

you dont without looking, so have a plan that fits your style.
