do not follow me on those, I'm manly short, those VIX/BB setups,
you have to have the charts right in front of you, you can get in
and out quickly etc, I had close that out. I might trigger on a 3
or 5 min and be in for 30 min or out within a couple min - you
can't rely on me to post those, have to have those charts in front
of you to trigger off off, I probably shouldn't have said anything,
anyway you get my point
otherwise my main position is short SPY puts and SPXU from much
earlier the reversal

The 5 min chart triggered for me twice this a.m. at 8:20 and again at 10:40. Made 30 points on ES. Good day, great system. Thanks for everything Matt.
