on weekend I discussed that Squeeze indicator that I have on the
401K paint dry - the indicator dot signals when the Bollinger Band
and Price fall inside the Keltner Bands, which is a hard thing to
occur - it sets up a situation where energy is pent up and once
released sets up a big move - everytime that squeeze condition sets
up on the monthly you get a big trending move up or down
here's a trade I did today on MGCJ25 gold futures - on the 3 and
1 min charts, you can see the Squeeze had set up on both the 3 and
1 min time frames. Price also had the buy support cycle there
so everything was lined up - and it lead to a nice pop
that's not Tradingview, this is one we wrote for Tradestation
years ago - I can give to anyone free who may have TS.
There's a ton of them on Tradingview - my only problem is they
are not as clear and clean as the one we have for TS - like the
squeeze dots are small don't show up well, I didn't look at every
one of them - so it's possible one there looks better
side note - you might be able to take one of them and put the
code into ChatGPT and ask it to made the Squeeze Dots more obvious
- I haven't tried that
