from my favorites or from the high-performance list and am I

You should just need to click the star icon to add or remove
something from your favorites list. If that isn't working for you
please contact support@breakpointtrades.com and I can setup a time
to look at your system with you and figure out what's going on.

Matt had me automatically subscribe everyone who wasn't a KISS
member to all of the instruments on the free list. So that is by
design, you can however remove your favorites if you are not
interested in all of those instruments.

There was a problem with the DB where it was not updating properly, it's been resynched and you should get alerts moving forward.
