I think it started with North Korea sending their army to fight
with Russia. The markets do not seem to be too concerned right
now.
Longer range of ATACMS is 190 miles – is not going to yield an
overnight change in the battlefield. Ukraine has been using longer
range drones to strike much deeper in Russia all year and will have
long range missiles soon, that they are producing on their own.
Biden did not start WW3. The green light to use ATACMS in
Russia is in response to Moscow’s escalation of using North Korean
troops fighting along side Russian troops.
