seeing a possible trigger on Trend/Pullback MOMO system. this is
s snapshot of the ES futures on the mean reversion systems. The
same trade may show on SPY as well, but I won't know until the
open
the system is on the upper left/middle side of the chart with
the arrow
The SPY Trend/Momo didn't end up triggered, however the ES
version might, however I'll wait for the close to confirm, ES
closes at 5 pm EST and the next bar reopens at 6 pm
thanks for asking about me, I'll give an update on the
newsletter as well. I'm scheduled to see the specialist on the
16th. They didn't give me any meds, so it still bothers me, but I
just have to trudge through it until then
Glad you are doing ok. Just avoid heavy weights at the gym to
start with. Probably for few months until you get that surgery …
takes time for hernia to heal. Not worth the risk.
thanks, yeah no heavy weights, no going to gym and benching 275
and squatting 350, and of course no deadlift - I used to deadlift
500 lbs back in the day, but that's been years for that kind
of weight.
I wish I had surgery - I won't be seeing the surgeon until Oct
16th.
The whole ordeal shows you the inefficiency of the medical
system
I have a primary GP, they've know about about it as I've shown
them. I've had it many many years but it's never bothered me.
So I had called my GP and told them it was really bothering
me and if they could get me in to referee to a specialist. They
said the first open appointment was in December! I clearly didn't
want to wait that long, and so I said to them, 'guys you know about
it, it should be in your notes, as a GP you are not going to treat
this but simply refer me out, so can you give me a refer vs me
having to come in'. No sir we have to see you.
So I had to go to ER and sit there for 8 hrs and the cost
associated with that in order to get the referral that my GP should
have given me. How asinine
Sorry to hear that Matt. My M-I-L had to wait over 2
months to get a pacemaker inserted as her oxygen level was low.
Everyone seems to get through this crap these days,
It's all about the money. If you look at the EOB from
the insurance company, you see that the GP that charges so much
ends up getting about $20-$30 from the insurance company. So,
they have to make up for the income by making you come in again and
more often. These repeat visits help cause a backup in the
medical system. Who would really want to be a doctor these
days? Way better off being a veterinarian or a lawyer.
Vets don't have to deal with malpractice insurance either and
they are expensive. It cost me $5K for my Goldendoodle's hip
surgery (FHO).
What a bummer. Not my business but whatever insurance that is
sounds wanting. Example: Medicare Advantage plan. No referrals to
specialists are needed. And I can see one next week. It is
Medicare, of course, age-related.

I had surgery for that a few years ago. The plus side is that recovery is not long. Best wishes, Matt.
I wish I had surgery

That acronym is a little to close for comfort (M-I-L-?). It definitely resulted in a double take when I first read it
