The hard landing we've already been in for many months (8%
deficit to achieve 2.5% growth = hard landing)? Maybe EL will
work, but it doesn't have the pole position on a Gov trough like
the ones that have tended to perform really well during these times
(unless I'm missing their Gov contracting business arm).
