-0.07) It might be the case that Fed hikes rates every other
meeting, but it doesn't want to take consecutive rate hikes off the
table either.

Thanks EdZ! Let's just keep inflating this bubble until it's the
biggest in history! Commercial Real Estate loans will come due to
refinance soon and student loan repayment officially starts back up
in October... it'll get interesting real soon.
