as you know the had a data provider issue on Monday and thus a
lot of index charts SPX, QQQ, ETF's do not have data for most of
Monday on intra day time frames; 195 min, 2hr, 60 min, 15 min etc.
They have not filled that data in and in the past they just leave
these gaps in data - which screws up the indicators for days or
weeks Here's the response I sent them, maybe a few of
you guys could send the same or something similar. I just want them
to fill in that missing intra day data vs leaving the holes

Hi guys, member for 21 years!
I know that on Monday you had a problem with one of your data
providerd and thus are missing intra day day on things like $SPX,
SPY etc on intra day charts (60 min, 2hr, 15 min etc) for most of
Monday.
You guys have data again, is there anyway you could PLEASE
try and fill in that missing intra day data from Monday? In
the past when you've had these issues you never go back and fill in
the missing data. It's very annoying because it totally screws up
these intra day charts 195 min, 2hr, 60 min, 15 min charts for
quite a while - you can't see where price was, and the indicators
that are calculated on that price such as RSI, MACD, moving
averages don't have the data and thus it's impossible to do any
analysis on these intra day charts for days and weeks!
Stockcharts replied - said they will or try to get the data back
eventually LOL
Dear Matt,
Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that the missing
intraday data for March 13th has not yet been posted to the chart.
Our data vendor is working hard to recover the missing intraday
data from that day and as soon as that happens, our data team will
post the data to the chart.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We do hope to have this data as soon as possible.
I mean look, fine that they had data issue on Monday with a
vendor. But you got your feed back up late Monday and have had it
since. FILL IN THAT MISSING DATA, don't just leave the
hole.
they've done that crap in the past, just leave a gap in data. No
on else does that shit, would at least fill in the missing data
