I commented about setting stop loss at least at entry for that
1/2 open stoch short - obviously that would have been hit this
morning. I didn't expect that to be hit on one 5 min candle, but if
you had set your stop, you would be out. At least we took 1/2
off on that 150 point move down so overall the trade is a winner
from that respect, but all the profit given back on the 1/2 that
was held -
you can see why I have been talking about stopping that system
out lately, and then someone asked me the other day why would I do
that LOL

Matt, does the Stoch Short take multiple entries on drawdowns? I
remember you mentioning in the past at least one system doesn't
take additional entries.
it would take them - until it stopped out - which again if you
read my comments from the other day, I commented that the exit
conditions did not get triggered and could get stuck in a trade
back to the 4100 highs or higher and that the stop wouldn't get
triggered for a while. That was why I commented my preference for
closing it or setting a stop, anyway market is opening in a min
