emails, which also keeps a history of what was sent, what didn't
make it, and what bounced back.

email services these days, including Gmail are aggressive
about flagging emails as spam or promotions and filtering them into
a folder that you might not see.
I suggest that EVERYONE whitelist or make
support@breakpointtrades.com a trusted email so that you don't miss
stuff

emails, when they are sent, if they made it to you, or if they were

The late email made it not possible for me to take the trade
Friday. I checked for an email until about 4:20 , after which I
would be tied up at work til well past 7 pm. The email
arrived close to 5 pm, but I saw it when I could no longer enter
the trade.

still do the text alerts? I don’t think I’ve received those
in a while. Should I reach out to you separately?

that I can go into your email and find it for you I can - this is
the problem with emails - these days they are not that reliable
