I've been expanding my trading experience by dipping into day
trading lately. I'm following a guy who is obviously successful.
However, in the few months I've been following him, he has been
touting a solid BUY BUY BUY on UXVY. I've watched as his
subscribers have been trading against the trend the entire time.
They'll get lucky and catch a bounce, but overall, this thing is in
a powerful, unwavering downtrend. This is the daily UVXY. He's been
bullish throughout the entire downtrend channel. I've pointed that
out to him. He's trying to pick a bottom where there's apparently
no fear. Rule #1 - never take a big loss. Rule #2 - don't fight the
trend.

Art Cashin pretty much agrees that a LOW VIX is his only concern about rally failing. He does see possible year end up except for the LOW VIX
