Seems like the best way is to use the numbers to set horizontal
lines on a chart then watch it . That way you can get ready as it
nears a line? I would think there is too much lag time in sending,
receiving, and reading an alert. But then we may be trading
differently
Trading View has a feature where you can just set alert. I
am not requesting that BPT send an alert. It is an automated
feature within Trading View like most platforms have.
I can set them myself though so no big deal just wont be on that
chart.
yes you can easily set alerts at any level, even the horizontal
lines if you wish.
ALSO, link your broker up to it, and you ca set stop and limit
orders right on the chart - if you felt strongly about one or some
of the levels as areas where you could see price reverse, you could
place limit orders in wait at those levels directly on the chart,
and drag them around when/if needed

I wonder if there is any way to set alerts at those horizontal lines for us to get notified when theyre getting tested.
No big deal either way but that would be convenient feature. I would do for myself but its in view only mode.
Seems like the best way

for example - I added an alert to the 3780 line - as you can see, you have options for various alerts, pop ups, email, etc
I don't think alerts I set would show up on your side - that's something you have to set
