Treasury direct has major customer service issues - another gov't run fiasco. Call wait time exceeding 2 hours
It's a terrible experience every day. They have something to learn about dealing directly with end customers.
I was able to log on once this AM. And then Phfft! If you're gonna buy bonds/treas through them better get used to it. The last day to buy I-bonds may have something to do with it. Too much traffic?
I couldn't even get on their site at all yesterday. Tried several times over a couple of hours
Same here. Tried twice to open accounts this morning and got the same response.
It's limited to 10k per entity, anywhere else to invest higher amounts with the same returns?
