I remember at the start of the GFC it was over 2 Dollars to the
Pound - I've asked Matt and Steve for a discount now that I'm paid
in a third world currency...still waiting for a
reply...mercy...

Its a corelation of USD going parabolic and other countries

Yes they proposed some type of tax cut and market reacted accordingly.
The British also have a brilliant energy plan place for this winter. One that in no way addresses the fundamental problem.
