Are there any US energy companies that have exposure to oil and
have low debt that anyone likes or is looking at? Trying to build a
list of potential companies to watch for longer term buy and hold,
but I'm not a fundamental guy so I'm not sure which are considered
to be the better low debt ones.
Chevron (CVX) is a seeking alpha top pick for 9/22. they
are very profitable. Suncor (SU) was a top pick for 8/22.
ConocoPhillips (COP) was a top pick for 5/22. I bought
CVX and COP and waiting for a better technical picture for SU.

focus175 you might take a look at RRC. They are, however,
primarily natural gas and natural gas liquids (very little oil).
With $9 per mcf gas prices in this country, they are paying
off debt and buying back stock left and right. Have one of
the largest acreage positions in the Marcellus Shale in
Pennsylvania. You might listen to their 2nd Qtr conference
call off their website

Not sure why they are very rarely mentioned when it comes to Nat
Gas, NGL companies. Hope that helps.

I've been looking at PAA. They are in oil and gas business (transportation/etc) and have a 7+% dividend yield.
