I know it’s not a definite yet but I’m a little confused as to why you would close out an MES trade from 6/25/22 and re-enter again slightly lower assuming the 5 o’clock close fulfills your needs- even though it’s a different system that’s triggering the vehicle you’re using as identical?

    fulfills my needs what? on

fulfills my needs what? on the MES?

go review your emails - I sent out a book-em danno cover 1/2 on that short trade on 6/28. I close price wasn't correct it was quite better - the closing price shown on the table was current ES - I changed it to the 6/28 close. The trade was correct on the actual ES trades are anyway

and for you guys who don't trade ES or MES futures - you can still follow the ES system trades by using the SPY ETFs.  those ETF's trade until 8 pm very late

    Matt did you send out

Matt did you send out the final confirmation for the new ES short trade today? If so I seem to have missed it…

    Thank you for responding that

Thank you for responding that I follow everything and remember the book them Danno post not a problem I’m simply questioning why we would close in MES and then open again  with within minutes of one another

I’m assuming it’s different system and it keeps the records clean

    there wasn't a trade entered

there wasn't a trade entered the next day - was a typo on the date for the open trade summary table - this was correct in the trade table on the website which you should have looked at as that's the official one. how do typos like that occur? 1. this is an excel like spreadsheet - I copy and past stuff, and if you drag a date down to copy it, it converts it to the next day, easy to have those typos when in hurry

here's the trade tables that are on the website - shows the open SPY trade still and the closed QE 3 short on MES and the new MES short for the Hi Mid Low
