Nice views ... S&P looks like it wants to go lower but XLC
and XLK look like they wanna bounce so if we get continued boredom
down the extended trendline (vs. falling through the floor) into
the afternoon I favor a break to the upside.

$SPX - Chart Link- keeps flirting around with that extended trendline from the coil - bulls need to establish a higher low
XLC - Chart Link- tech area needs to improve and participate for the market to have a shot at forming a higher low
