Boy the correction in Lumber is amazing, from 1700 to 535, to
put that into perspective lumber would have to rally 325% to get
back to those highs. And yet the price of lumber hasn't really
pulled at all at the stores. We know there is a lag between the
commodity and finished goods in the stores, however the sheer force
of this correction may be telling us something ominous coming.
Clearly traders are sensing some sort of slow down coming
I know this is Lumber but maybe it's telling us more is rotten
than just the lumber. I'll soon post some charts that shows that
the consumer is finally starting to buckle with the inflation
let me move into one of your rentals as well so I can sell my
house
honestly I talked with the wife a couple months ago throwing the
idea of selling the house while the getting was good. If I was
single with no kids would have done it.
Lumber I wonder if this is foretelling
