Matt, I'm very sorry about the house. Flooding is no fun. It
happened to us in 2017. We had three feet of water in the fist
floor of our house. Everything was ruined. Good luck with the
repairs. I'm sure you know this but make sure you get everything
completely dried out and watch for mold. Best of luck to

Oh wow, Matt sorry for this. I've had pipes burst before and the
remediation experts said it is about 3 days before mold becomes an
issue. So hopefully, can get things dried out fairly quickly.
