least the 120 min shows this red,green,red,green move, which
typically is bullish. The SPX 120 min chart chart doesn't
look like that of course.

yes that 4 color change is fractal, universal on all time
frames, here's the 3 min you references, you can see that 4 color
change about an hr ago, I find those produce powerful moves
