Is anyone else getting their alerts a bit late? Just now getting two alerts and one looks like it should have triggered two hours ago. Won't name the symbols since I guess it's only for those who subscribe to the alerts.
Hi, was this an SMS alert, email or web popup? I can take a look and see if anything looks out of the ordinary, we do rely on delayed data, but it should be more like 15 minutes and not two hours.
I received email rather quickly, no text message though
text went out on the last one, I got it. I suggest you go into the system and re add your phone number again. It will have you confirm it with a code.
also we have had many members respond to the text messages with stop, if you ever do that it will block you from the system
Where do we add our phone number for text messages? I have the option turn on but never receive text alerts.
