i thought you guys were saying to sell out of our gold holdings
or urging us to take profits ; you still thinking.
going any higher or still expecting strong pullback?
basically what is trend mid term? i just sold out of gv
again my comments for gold/silver stocks is to trade them to
your plan. As I've said many times, if you bought swing positions a
really great prices months ago and you just want to hold them with
wide stops as you have a lot of room that's fine, nothing wrong
with that. If you bought them recently for trades, well then
manage them to that time frame. It depends on your plan, what
you are doing. I personally think if you bought into them recently
you have higher risk because your entries, but if you bought them
months ago then your profits are great and you can give them room.
That's why there's no one answer here guys.
also maybe one suggestion if you bought them months ago and wish
to hold them, you can generate some cash by selling covered calls
on them.
GV that Steve posted was a recent setup, so he's commenting
about the recent trade setup. many of them like PAAS which
triggered out of the coil we showed a month ago, that's different
chart. same with HMY that more than doubled from our setup.
GV just recently triggered out of that consolidation
