there were a few learning bugs. I didn't realie that the Zoom
was setup where I had to manually admit everyone vs them being able
to just come on in. I waited about 7 min after the starting time to
allow time for most to pop in and again I had to manually admit
everyone as they came in. After about 7 min I finally started my
discussion. So if you came after I had already begun I would
not have noticed you in the waiting room since I was in the middle
of talking and showing things. There will be a recording as
well. Some other issues with Zoom as well that I ran into
like a gray screen a few times. Like I said I'm not used to doing
them and plan to do more so future ones will be smoother

You can disable waiting room feature. Lots of controls in the meeting set up screens.
