I'll let you guys view my other computer. I moved the
computer to another room and added a mic so at times I may jump on
there and talk about some things, would be random though.
I'm not sure what monitor I should use, this computer has one 4K
monitor and one 2560 x 1600 res monitor. For now I'll just show the
smaller monitor. For fun at first I'll have my Renko charts up
which I used to show, which are day trading stuff. I'll talk about
them later, and will show the larger time frames.
here's an image showing a 5 min ES chart on left, 3 min and 2
min. Just like I discussed today a few times today on the
Zoom meeting when I was going through examples, you see your setup
occurring on the larger time frame, flag like pullback on 5 min
causing the MA ribbons to pinch. But get your trigger off the
faster 2 min when you see your cycle buy dots, go long place stop
below that. Again that's mult time frame analysis
it's basically using that sinewave equation from Rocket Science
for Traders by John Ehlers with a some tweaks to make it show
horizontal support/resistance zones whenever you have a confirming
candle on price. That sinewave indicator is interesting
because it was originally an algorithm that was used in digital
signal processing to measures the amount of cyclical energy in a
stream of data - so kind of makes sense to use on market data
on that zoom meeting I did a bunch of audio commentary
discussing things, the system says that my mic is fine however I'm
not sure if it came through or not, were you able to hear me? I'm
not talking now
Yes, thanks, Matt. Very helpful. Adding in a 15 minute or
longer time frame for one screen would be helpful for those of us
who can not trade multiple times a day. Thanks again.
hello forza1dsa - you should just be able to click on that URL
in the sticky post - if your computer doesn't have zoom it will
install it. work on phones and tablets as well. I think I set
it to just admit anyone without me having to approve like last
time
I'm not talking or doing anything in that right now and it's
just showing some renko charts - it won't be that useful right now,
I'll pop in there later when things settle down a bit
