that one myself, or wait until later this week. I think the market
is probably most vulnerable next week
again the reversion to mean part of that trade worked fine which
was a close back below the 8 day SMA. the problem this time was the
momo holding it.
next time gonna close 1/2 on the close below the 8 SMA going
forward
this might seem like a weird thing to do but I'm going to close
out that QE BTS short as the system is stopping, so will just
adhere to it. However since the hi mid low is taking a 2nd entry I
think I'm going to issue a trade on that. I mean worst that
can happen is that it takes a 3rd entry. We treat that as a
new trade, and we skipped the first entry. The PF is something like
333 so why not. You might ask why not just keep the QE BTS
trade open instead? that's another option yes and you can choose to
do that if you want. I just think it's easier for me to manage this
as a new trade.

stopping out. The far left one is the QE BTS with the
momentum turned off - like I've been saying we should have locked
in 1/2 when price hit the first target vs fully holding via the
indicator. Live and learn, I'll be adjusting that going forward.
man lately i can't catch a break with these damn systems.
I feel I've been killing it with my trade ideas, analysis,
education, but these damn reversion to mean SPY systems making me
look bad lately even though everything else is killing it, ugh
Matt - these are not normal trading times. The Fed is
pumping like crazy. The VIX is still high on a relative
basis. So right now my philosophy has been to Run and gun it.
I never trading so frequently in my life. In and out of
positions like a French lady.
