market moves fast man, like today in the afternoon SPX fell 45
points is 2 seconds. Dow was up 900 and gave it all back. In this
market I hit and run, and honestly I'm going to cut the ideas way
back, I put way too many in newsletter on Monday. In this market
best to focus on a couple items only. Heck you've seen I'm able to
point out day trades on the 5 min SPX all the time or the 60 min
SPX this morning.
On XLE and COP, I sold my XLE first 1/2 of day as well as COP.
I still have some NBL but honestly i should have taken that
off too.
today all the gold stocks were up nicely in the morning and gave
all back - that's how this market has been
